We called Thomas during a very difficult time. My father was in the hospital with multiple life threatening health issues. He met with me in the hospital a few days later. I am fairly certain he cut his vacation short to get to us. He made the process of making a trust simple. He always came to me and worked around my schedule. I was always either at work or the hospital, staying on top of my dad’s condition and communicating with his doctors, so my time was obviously at a premium. This was to me the biggest help. I was already taking a lot of time off work due to my dad’s condition. It was just one less thing I had to deal with. Any questions me or my family had, he was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. His professionalism and courtesy in my mind are unmatched.
