Welcome to Gratz Law and Mediation, PLLC, a client-centered law practice that I opened for clients looking for top-notch legal services that meet their unique needs and wishes.
For many people, estate planning can feel overwhelming. It can be difficult to talk about planning for illness or death. My expertise lies in creating a safe and supportive environment for my clients to express their wishes about the distribution of their estate and the medical care they receive when they cannot advocate for themselves.
It can be challenging for some families to meet with an attorney during regular business hours. Whether the client needs evening or weekend appointments or chooses to meet in-person at their home or on Zoom, I arrange our meetings at times that work best for the client.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude and earned my Certificate in Conflict Resolution Theory and Practice from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. In addition, I am a Rule 114 qualified neutral with the State of Minnesota.
As a former Risk Manager and claims adjuster, I spent over 30 years helping businesses identify, plan for, and respond to business risks. I use these same skills to help identify the risks associated with my client’s plans. My prior experiences, education, and training allow me to work with my clients to provide a productive mediation experience in all areas of conflict.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two dogs, riding my bicycle, playing the trumpet, and traveling to new destinations.
I look forward to meeting you and assisting with your legal and mediation needs
